Pfizer wanted to create meeting rooms with advanced active conference and collaboration technology to unite employees across the globe and create interactive presentation environments. After discussing a range of different solutions with the Pfizer team, our Certified Technology Specialists proposed high-tech, sophisticated yet easy-to-manage collaborative meeting space design across multiple facilities including their cafeteria to support the desired innovative development environment.

Challenges faced:

Pfizer was preparing to move staff from their Jogeshwari location to the new facility at BKC as it was large enough to accommodate their growing company. Stringent timelines had to be followed so that the BKC office was well-equipped with all the AV technology required for effective communication and innovation.

Solutions offered:

SISPL proposed an easy to operate the custom-designed audio-visual system for Pfizer’s boardroom and VC room that supported their need sharing information with the staff and clients around the globe. We designed the training room with high tech audio-visual system which enabled Pfizer to not only train its employees and staff but also archive the sessions for future use.

The AV equipment includes a digital streaming media recorder, video conferencing system, and audio system. Crestron’s touch control panel allowed easy to recognize audio-visual icons to operate different audio and video components. The control panel eliminated the need for numerous remote controls to operate the many components of the audio-visual system.

We also installed a powerful audio-visual presentation system in the corporate cafeteria with the ability to support large town hall meetings and other gatherings where the attendance exceeded the capacity of the meeting rooms.

A room scheduler was also introduced to make better use of Pfizer’s newly installed high-tech meeting rooms and to avoid double bookings, confusion and interrupted meetings.

Conclusion:

SISPL was successful in designing and installing collaborative technology solutions, which was well equipped with a sophisticated videoconferencing system to facilitate collaboration and communication among the employees and the clients across the globe.
