Requirement by client:

SISPL was commissioned to install a state-of-the-art AV solution in key areas of the CRISIL workspace, including a multitude of presentation and training rooms, video conferencing facility, and a large boardroom.

Challenges faced:

The client required flexible meeting space so that they could make use of most of their work area and they wanted to integrate all their AV system with existing IT Network.

Solutions offered:

SISPL provided CRISIL with a range of high-end audio-visual solutions and presentation services to facilitate effective communication and collaboration to improve the quality of their business interactions. High Definition Video Conferencing System was installed with 103” Largest Panasonic Plasma Display for video-conference and presentation application. The Beam conferencing systems deliver optimum audio performance and configuration flexibility for a medium-sized room. The DSP Mixer was required to deliver exceptional audio quality while conferencing. We also provided High Definition 40” LCD Displays for Work Area and high-end Audio Conference Microphone from Clock Audio. Extron products were used for interfacing while Crestron AV2 Processor controlled all AV equipment. Video Teleconferencing over ISDN was made possible and everything was integrated with existing IT Network.

Conclusion:

The project was handed over in time, and deadlines were met for delivery of equipment and implementation & commissioning to the customer’s satisfaction. Our tailored audio-visual solutions maximized the client’s investment by making use of the existing components. The solutions provided the end-user the ease of operation and now the integrated facility is used extensively for meetings, conferences and business functions.
